Tannochbrae is a family run 4-star Guest House Bed and Breakfast. We promise to give all our guests a truly warm & welcoming experience, from our friendly atmosphere to our comfort, cleanliness and attention to detail from the moment you walk through the front door. Situated in the centre of Dufftown and a short walk from the world famous Glenfiddich & Balvenie Distilleries. Tannochbrae Guest House offers six ensuite bedrooms, as well as providing a wide range of breakfast options source locally and all freshly prepared. Free WiFi, all bedrooms have flat-screen TV and ensuite with toiletries. Parties of 6 or more can experience our private dining to celebrate Scotland's natural larder, with optional whisky paired menu. We invite your group to enjoy hearty and delicious fayre or just relax in our snug whisky bar & lounge with log fire. Booking in advance is essential. Road from Aberdeen Airport (46.8 miles)
via A96 and A920 by car
- Take airport road to A96- Follow A96 to A920 Huntly
- After Huntly roundabout take the next Left to A920, Dufftown
- Follow A920 to T-Junction arriving into Dufftown
- Turn Left onto Fife Street and follow until you come to the Clock Tower, Church Street is opposite the tower which is central to the town and can't be missed
- Turn left onto Church Street, pass The Commercial, Take the next left, it is an entrance not a road
- You will see 'The Milking Shed' sign on the gable end of the building from the road.
- You will see Silver metal gates, please take your car through these gates and park here in any area.
These gates can be opened or closed during your stay it is your preference, please do not part before the gates it is not our property.- On-street parking on Church Street is available too.

Via A96 and A941
- Continue to A96
- Follow A96 to Edward Avenue / A941 in Moray
- Follow A941 into Dufftown, this becomes Balvenie St as you pass The Balvenie & Glenfiddich Distilleries on the left, continue straight to the crossroads at the iconic Clock Tower
- Go straight onto Church Street
- Once on Church Street you will pass the Commercial, take the next entrance on the left, note it is not a road. You will see the 'The Milking Shed' sign on the gable end of the building from here.
As you turn off the road you will see 2 silver metal gates.Please take your car through these gates and park here in any area.
These gates can be opened or closed during your stay it is your preference
On-street parking is available too. Please do not park in the yard prior to sliver metal gates, this is not our property.Parking readily available on street with no charges- Safe Travels -

Via A9 a very scenic route (181miles)- Join the M8 North then follow M80
- Join A9 to Doune
- Continue on A95 into Aberlour, keep on A95 until you can Turn right onto A941, Dufftown
- Follow A941 into Dufftown, this becomes Balvenie St as you pass The Balvenie & Glenfiddich Distilleries on the left, continue straight to the crossroads at the iconic Clock Tower
- Go straight onto Church Street

- Take exit towards C89C and then follow A96
- Follow A96 until arriving into Huntly turning left after roundabout to A920 to Dufftown
- Follow A920 to Dufftown T-Junction, Turn Left onto Fife Street
