Wethele Manor Information

Description

To enjoy the beautiful surroundings, you should sit in the orchard and large gardens, or take a leisurely walk to the ancient Wetherly wood, which borders the estate on two sides. Mentioned in the doomsday book, the wood displays a stunning carpet of bluebells in spring and is habitat to a multitude of wildlife including badgers, deer, monkjack and fox. Tastefully decorated with antiques in a traditional style, the house has a warm and friendly ambience for you to enjoy, with many original features and characteristics associated with a building of its age and stature, such as an inglenook fire place, a well, blue lias stone floors and an old dairy. The bedrooms are extremely refreshing, spacious and beautifully appointed, with plenty of natural light. The double beds are king size with luxury pocket sprung mattresses and all bedrooms have flat screen televisions with USB connection, WIFI access, tea / coffee facilities with complimentary bottled mineral water. Each room has a luxury en-suite bathroom with large bath and power shower. They are individually decorated, creating their own character and identity and enchanting features such as fire places, elm and oak wooden floors and exposed beams are present in many of the rooms. Despite the rooms being rich in original character, the high standard of modern facilities within each room is maintained throughout.
