Guest House Room 5 - A cozy room in a neutral tones gives each guest a feeling of being in their own cottage. This queen bedded room has flat screen TV, charming rug, and bath with an extra large stall shower, skylight and beautiful pedestal sink. This room can be combined with the East Suite to house four adults sharing the living room and dining area of the East Suite. It can also be added to the West Suite, then accommodating six people — two each with queen bedded bedrooms and two people in the loft on twin beds. It is a wonderful flexible space option for traveling with extended family or friends.

Barn Suite 2 -This three-room suite has all the amenities of home, but you don’t have to do the cleaning. The queen sleigh bed will help to make your dreams come true. The dark wooded furniture and the grey and seaside blue décor make this room especially cozy. You can read in bed or watch your favorite program or movie on your TV. The living room, a mix of wicker and antiques has a gas fireplace, desk, and second TV for watching your favorite TV programs or movie viewing. The dining area overlooks the lush grounds, and the kitchenette has everything you need to make a light meal. Off the kitchenette is a deck from which you can enjoy the sun bathing, the sunset, or cocktails for two. The full bath has a bathtub/shower combination.

Carriage House 2- Settle into your own corner of Cape Cod. The hand painted wallpaper is in apple blossom pink, bringing warmth to this cozy room. All the shades of pink are coordinated from the bed skirt to the window treatment in pink and green plaid. Here the artwork brings the gardens right into your room. When you tire of the garden art, walk out onto your own patio and relish in the art of Mother Nature, while enjoying a drink cooled in your own refrigerator. The gas fireplace and flat screen TV can be viewed from your four-poster queen bed or from the wing back chairs in the sitting area. This room has a full bathtub/shower combination to help make this a most relaxing get away.

Carriage House 3 - The rich plaids and flowers, in red, yellow and olive green give this room a bright but sophisticated ambiance, making it appealing for all. Relax in your four-poster queen bed, while enjoying the fire in your gas fireplace, or just watching a movie. Sit in your wing back chair, while reading a good mystery or mapping out the day’s activities. Take in a breath of fresh air as you lounge on your balcony with a cold drink from your refrigerator. When the day is done, or even before breakfast, take a nice Jacuzzi to ease the tensions of your other life. This is truly a great room offering everything you need for a relaxing get-away.

Guest House East Suite - Relax in this cottage style suite, whether in your spacious living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, by playing games at the dining area table, or by making a romantic picnic lunch in your kitchenette. This suite has a queen bedded separate bedroom done in relaxing neutral tones. The bathroom has a large shower accented by the natural glow from the sky-light. The Cesame sink takes you back in time as you get ready for a night on the town. This suite can be combined with Room 5 for two master suites with their own bathrooms sharing a living room and dining area. Great for couples or families traveling together!

Penthouse - In our Premier suite, the private entrance through beautiful French doors will greet you as you enter the latte painted great room. You will experience the awesome expanse of the great room. Cathedral ceilings and a post and beam expanse are the first things you will see followed by a sage oriental rug, luxurious leather sofa, and a dining area, if you choose to bring in your dinner. There is a large wet bar with coffee service – coffee and tea are provided. An entertainment unit houses a large flat screen TV, which you can stream movies from your account. Turn right and you will see another set of French doors, which lead to your own private deck that overlooks the marsh area. Relax on your lounge chairs while watching the sun rise, or have an evening cocktail as the sun goes down on your left. Go back into the great room and walk straight through to the antique king bedded room. The bed is the focal point of the room with a mattress that oozes the right amount of comfort. Lie in bed and enjoy a movie or take advantage of a romantic moment by the fireplace. The bathroom is like no other. The antique sink has a marble countertop. The lighting is muted for a luxurious feeling, especially as you sit in the whirlpool bathtub for two. The shower is glass block with pewter shells on the walls. There is also a very private toilet area behind its own door. Step out of the shower or tub and experience the warm tiles on your feet adding to the comfort of your stay. The four-poster queen bed has a view of the side woods, gas fireplace and any movie that you may choose to watch for the evening. The sitting area is a great place to relax on a rainy day, and when the sun is shining you can enjoy your private patio. This room has a full bathtub/shower combination, and a refrigerator to keep your libations chilled.

Carriage House 6 - Another relaxing room to take you away from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. A tapestry of pink lilies and summer flowers adorn the walls of this suite, a real dream room. Wouldn’t you love to provide that dream for your special someone? Enjoy reading that novel that you have been putting off in front of the gas fireplace in your winged back chair or in the window bench. Watch the sun go down behind the trees from your private balcony. After a long day, or anytime at all, ease the day’s travels with a soak in your Jacuzzi for two, with a glass of wine chilled in your refrigerator. Step up to your king sized four-poster bed to watch your favorite old movie, or the movie that you missed in the theatres. Relaxation or romance is never ending in this beautiful suite.

Guest House West Suite - Stay in your country style room, decorated with relaxing shades of blue. This country queen bedded suite has a stone wood-burning fireplace in the cathedral ceiling living room, a dining area and kitchenette. The bathroom has a stall shower, a large sky-light and pedistal sink. Upstairs, overlooking the living room, is a twin bedded loft to sleep children over 8, extra beds for a women’s weekend away, or for two couples wanting to share the expenses. This suite can be combined with Guest House Room 5 for six people traveling together. As all rates are based on double occupancy, there is a $30 charge per night for each additional guest under 18 and $50.00 per adult.

Carriage House 1- Forest green décor with splashes of wild flowers make this handicap accessible room most delightful. Rest on your four-poster queen bed and enjoy the gas fireplace at the same time. When you tire of sitting in your wing back chair, open your door to your patio and relish in the wild flower garden — an extension of your room. After a day of shopping, wind down and watch a movie, for a relaxing evening, reach for a cold drink from your refrigerator, or take a soothing shower.

Newly updated luxury 450 sq. ft. stand-alone beachy cottage, with private entrance. A King-sized bed, oversized shower, marble-topped vanity, fully stocked kitchen, and separate sitting and dining areas are among the features which make this unit private and cozy. Air conditioning, Wifi, and streaming capable Roku TV with cable are also provided.

Barn Suite 1, This is a magnificent three-room suite especially geared for comfort and luxury. As you enter this suite you will experience a feeling of calm with the garden views. The gas fireplace will warm you up as you relish in the comfort of this room – reading or watching either a movie or TV. The middle room has a soaking tub for two, refrigerator, and coffee and tea service. Try our bath bomb to take you away from the worries of everyday. A separate full bath has a stall shower large enough for two. After a soak in the tub, retire to the bedroom with four-poster king bed, and enjoy the transquil ambiance.

Carriage House 5 - This room has it all — luxury, relaxtion, and more. Decorated in pale green and lavender, spring abounds with blooms of wisteria on the wallpaper. Open the French doors onto your private patio overlooking the meadow while savoring a warm cup of coffee or tea, write a note while seated on your window seat, or relish the warmth of the gas fireplace from your winged back chairs in the sunken sitting area. Wind down from a day of sightseeing in your Jacuzzi for two with our bath bombs, and a glass of wine chilled in your own refrigerator. After a long soak, snuggle down into the four-poster king sized bed where you can enjoy the fire, or watch your favorite TV program or movie.

Main Inn Room 3 - Brighten your vacation in this simple, but elegant, yellow floral room. This room brings in the sunshine, even when Mother Nature has other plans for the weather. This room has a queen four-poster bed, small sitting area, and full bath with a tub and shower combination. Please note this unit is upstairs on the second floor.

Main Inn Room 2 - Enjoy the relaxing shades of green, brightened by the floral display on the wallpaper. This room gives each guest the feeling of spring, no matter the weather. This queen four-poster bedded room has a sitting area and bathroom with a stall shower. Please note this room is up a flight of stairs, on the second floor.

Main Inn Room 4 - Relax in this ivy garden motif, either in your four-poster queen bed or in the large sky-lighted soaking bathtub for two.
