Our (true) Story: We met in a dream, that dream came to life; and we are blessed to share our good fortune with the world we meet. Thomas “Mike” (The Colonel) is an American hero who actively served our country for 26 years, and retired from the Pentagon. The Colonel is now in charge of materials acquisition and heavy lifting. He treats his wife like a queen, strangers like friends, and friends like family. An engaging story and genuine smile will always accompany his helping hands. Favorite remark: “We are meeting everyone in the world, one person at a time.” Barbara (The Queen) is the multi-dimensional muse of creativity and design. After ten years of living the fast-paced life in Washington D.C., we decided to take our talents to a whole new level. We believe in living the life that we dream; recognizing the circumstances and opportunities that will bring those dreams, and perhaps a fragment of fantasy, to life. When we visited in the fall of 2014 we immediately knew Tyler, Texas was a great location; and the Woldert-Spence Manor was our dream home. Come share with us, if only for a moment in time, a wonderful, relaxing experience and some sweet dreams of your own!
