The property has a ground floor location in a modern apartment block with open aspect to the rear. There is a light airy sitting room, dinning area and kitchen. There are patio doors to an outside seating/dinning area and open grounds. There are two bedrooms which can be arranged either as two twins a double and a twin or two king size doubles. There is one bathroom with both bath and shower facilities. A parking space is provided to the front of the property. Facilities include: Free Wifi TV and DVD player Kettle, Toaster Dishwasher Cooker Microwave Fridge Freezer Heated towel rail and hairdryer Cycle Storage (by request)

The Fairways, a self-catering apartment, is right next door to Roseberry Grange Golf Course, and in walking distance of Beamish Open Air Museum and Beamish Golf Course. With views of the golf course and open aspect to the rear, close to Beamish Hall and Beamish Park Hotels. A great location to discover and explore the North East with the beautiful Northumberland Coastline, and the Durham countryside. There are several National Trust Properties and English Heritage Sites within easy access as well as Tanfield Railway and Beamish Open Air Museum on the doorstep. A fantastic holiday location for sight seeing, walking, cycling, fishing, golfing, horse-riding or just relaxing. Near to, award-winning dining, inspiring heritage, fantastic shopping and many family activities! So many wonderful places to enjoy City, Countryside and Coastal!
