The Hillside Cottage is a two bedroom house with two baths, two bedrooms, living/dining room, full kitchen, and laundry room. Each bedroom contains a King bed and features a bead board gabled ceiling with a row of clerestory windows and a spacious private bathroom. A rocking chair front porch overlooking a century old log barn and cows grazing in the distant pasture rounds this home out nicely. Two night minimum.

The River Room is a larger room with an ourdoor river theme. With a queen sized bed and pull out queen sofa bed the room can hold up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. It has a private entrance from a covered porch, a private bath and sitting area. The breezeway entrance has views of the courtyard plants and vegetable garden. This room can be reserved with the Garden Room to form a two-bedroom suite. Special events and some holidays may require a two night minimum.

The Hay Loft Room is an upstairs room over the Red Barn Meeting Room with a barn theme. With a king size bed and private bath, the room can hold 2 adults. The Hayloft has high ceilings and views overlooking the meadow and animal barns. The Hayloft and Orchard Loft can be combined to make a 2 bedroom suite for a family. Special events and some holidays may require a two night minimum.

The Farmhouse is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a full kitchen, dining/living area and laundry facility creating a roomy home that can easily accommodate a family, a friends gathering or grandparents and grandchildren. The bedroom layout consists of two master bedrooms, both with King beds and private baths, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. In addition to the second master bedroom upstairs, you will find three guest bedrooms (one bedroom with a Queen bed and two bedrooms each with two twin beds) and a hall bath. Two night minimum.

The Garden Room is a sun-filled room with a queen size bed and separate sitting area. It has a private entrance from a covered porch which has views of the courtyard and meadow. The River and Garden Rooms can be reserved together to create a 2 Bedroom suite. A twin memory foam rollaway bed can be used in the sitting area of this room to accommodate a 3rd guest. This guest suite is located in our guest wing, adjacent to the Farmhouse. It includes access to the Gathering Room, a larger public gathering space. Special events and some holidays may require a two night minimum.

The Americana Room is a larger suite with a king size bed and pull out queen sofa bed. It has a private entrance from a covered porch, a private bath, and a sitting area.
