Welcome to our Smart home! Make yourself comfortable, because this house will do everything for you: we have installed the Loxone automation system, that allows you to do things such as turning lights on/off, opening blinds, listening to music, watching TV with the touch of a button, or by simply entering the rooms. We love all things quirky, and we have carefully handpicked each piece for our interiors. We're the closest accommodation to the York racecourse, and a 20 minutes walk from the city walls. The house includes two bedrooms, tiled big bathroom with underfloor heating and large wet room with rain fall shower head, a beautiful living room with automated concealed projector screen and real wooden floor, separated dining room, tiled kitchen with underfloor heating. Ceiling speakers in every room that are automated by our smart system, that also controls lights, curtains, the tv, the projector, heating and access.

The house includes two bedrooms, tiled big bathroom with underfloor heating and large wet room with rain fall shower head, a beautiful living room with automated concealed projector screen and real wooden floor, separated dining room, tiled kitchen with underfloor heating. Ceiling speakers in every room that are automated by our smart system, that also controls lights, curtains, the tv, the projector, heating and access. PLEASE NOTE: There is the possibility to accommodate up to 5 guests, though the fifth bed is a single sofa-bed which is in the dining room. I would recommend that only for one night. It might start feeling uncomfortable for more days.
Hi, we are Christian and Erika, two lazy eggs; One has a passion for home automation and technology, the other is an interior enthusiast, and we both love music. We live in York with our little lady Juniper, and our cat Max. Throughout 2018 we have renovated this property to create something special: a smart home living experience with an elegant touch. We believe that you don't need to live in an ultra-modern, Hollywood-style house to enjoy the luxuries of smart home technology.
