The Cabin room is a newly refurbished wooden structure located within the grounds of the hotel. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with ensuite shower. The room has central heating and double glazing, with flat screen TV and tea & coffee making facilities. There is also a small decking area with seating to enjoy a side sea view of Luce bay. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. This room is spacious and cosy and has all the same facilities as the hotel bedrooms. Free Wifi also and is located right next door to our TigtoGo takeaway, don't worry it's only open Thursday - Sunday 4.30pm until 8pm.

Descripció
The hotel was acquired in January 2003 by the Fisher family, who extend a warm welcome to their “house by the sea”. Now operated by Dorothy’s son Neil, the hotel boasts a team of friendly, customer focused staff. The hotel offers eight en-suite rooms which have all been refurbished to a very good standard. We also offer self catering properties, please follow the link on our website for more info. For the comfort of our guests all rooms are non smoking and have free fibre broadband. Our restaurant focuses on making people welcome, comfortable and at ease. From our extensive menu you can choose a wide selection of dishes, created using finest local ingredients from the Scottish larder. Relax and enjoy an after dinner drink in our comfortable lounge area or venture to the public bar and enjoy a dram beside the roaring coal fire. During the warmer months our beer garden is popular and is situated at the back of the hotel. We look forward to welcoming you to the Tigh Na Mara Hotel and we are confident that you will return time and time again to renew “auld acquaintances”. Pets are welcome and there is no additional charges (maximum of 2 pets per room) - specific allocated rooms only. Please select the available pet friendly rooms when booking online, or if calling direct please mention you are bringing your dog or pet. In December 2019 we said our farewell to my father. He was the inspiration behind all the changes at the Tigh Na Mara. We miss him and think about him often. For those that knew him, he was a character and will always be part of what we have achieved to this day.
In 2017 Ian & Dorothy Fisher decided to take things a little bit easier and introduced their son Neil to run the newly formed company. In this short period Neil has been making his own stamp on the hotel by slowly renovating the bedrooms to keep up to date with the more modern world. The hotel now has free fibre broadband throughout and new decor. The restaurant has a truly amazing chef , which attracts many locals and visitors to the hotel throughout the year, Bruce Chalmers has been heading the team for around five years now and continues in his Father-In Law's footsteps. Douglas Lisi now heads up our new takeaway kitchen TigtoGo! We have turned our focus on serving as much local produce as possible. This year we now stock Five Kingdoms bottled Beers and Cask Ales, not to mention local game, pork and fresh lobsters and crab. The restaurant and bars still remain family friendly, and remember we are pet friendly in the public bar area and our new heated outdoor pods.
