Le Cheval Blanc is a vegan b&b and cookery school in the heart of the perfectly preserved medieval town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val. On our doorstep is a wealth of medieval architecture, lively bars, restaurants and artists studios. The scenery is stunning, especially the Aveyron gorge. We’re very close to vineyards and more medieval villages than you’ll have time to visit. There’s a real sense of rural life continuing as it has for centuries. One of the best markets in the region takes place every Sunday outside our front door. In addition there are endless outdoor activities available. At Le Cheval Blanc we’re all about the food specializing in vegan gourmet cooking. We use fresh, local, high quality ingredients and pride ourselves on preparing the best vegan food around. You’ll love our breakfasts and we can do evening meals to order. If you are interested in learning about vegan food, we run a cooking school where we teach vegan cookery. For foodies who want to explore rather than learn, we’ve launched foodie adventures and gourmet weekends. While you’re here we’ll share with you our local knowledge and the results of us trying to veganize the region. We know all the best places to eat and where to buy the most delicious produce. Guests have access to a kitchen, a grand lounge/dining area and secure storage/workshop facilities for bikes. We’re especially suitable for families and groups; if there are between 6 and 10 of you, it may be possible to have exclusive use of the building.
