The Nance Suite is one of our favorite guest suites that we have at Sage Hill Inn. This third floor suite spans the entire length of second main Sage Hill Inn building and has sweeping views of the Hill Country in all directions. At the front of the suite is a large living room, complete with a 42” satellite TV, DVD player, cozy sofa and a romantic, remote-controlled fireplace. Relax in the suite bathroom’s large inlaid, marble-tiled whirlpool tub, a large glass shower and Hill Country view from massive bay windows. This remodeled cottage is split into 2 parts, the Cottage and Red Oak, this being the main private portion of the building, it is a secluded two-bedroom, two-bath guesthouse is located a very short walk from the main buildings and offers a perfect setting for a small group getaway. Each of the two bedrooms in this charming cottage has a king-sized, faux down bed and a separate full bath with rain shower. Relax with a good book or enjoy good conversation with friends or family on the large limestone patio, or enjoy an evening under the stars at the large, private outdoor fire-pit.
