Hambrook House offers luxury accommodation in a beautiful residential area of Shrewsbury. The centre of the town is a ten minute walk over the historic Kingsland Bridge. If you want easy access to the town but want a quiet and leafy location then Hambrook House will suit your needs. We are the only 5 star rated (Shropshire Tourism) accommodation within the town of Shrewsbury. There is complimentary parking and Wi-Fi throughout Hambrook House. We offer a personal but discreet service and our aim is for you to have a very comfortable stay with us. All of the bedrooms have been refurbished to a high standard and the beds are hand made in the UK and are all divans for extra comfort. The bathrooms have porcelain tiles and are contemporary in style. Hambrook House was built in 1884 and retains many of its original features, which are combined with antique and contemporary furniture and paintings to give it a unique style. Breakfast is served in the south facing dining room with views over the garden and the Radbrook Valley beyond. We source our produce locally and are very proud of the county that provides this for us. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You are legally entitled to request details of the personal information which we hold about you, under the UK's Data Protection Act 1998.

The car park is at the front of the house and there are ‘In & Out’ signs on the entrance (clockwise direction). It is a short walk to the entrance. The car park is well lit at night with sensor lights that come on automatically. The surface is level tarmac and is well maintained. There is a large lantern light to the left of the front door. This is on from dusk until 11.30pm. The entrance has two steps to the porch and a further step into the hallway. There is a hand rail to assist. On arrival we are happy to assist with baggage from your car or taxi to your bedroom. We have two bedrooms on the ground floor with no further steps (bedroom 5, twin with walk in shower and bedroom 6 with a king size bed and bath with shower). There are no further steps to the reception rooms. The internal bell for assistance is in the hallway. There is a toilet in the public area. The toilet has two hallway steps down to it with a wall handle to assist and is fitted with a grab handle.
