Booking Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately, being an historic building, built in 1790, little thought was put into making the building accessible for people with disabilities. Whilst we would like to install lifts the physical nature of the building and the prohibitive costs involved make it currently impossible. We have our own car park at the front of the hotel for hotel residents. Currently there are no disabled bays as the car park is subject to future development. Help with luggage can be requested from reception. The Dining Room is on level ground, accessed via. the rear side entrance into the Garden Room entrance and has waitress service. The main toilets have tight access and are not suitable for wheelchairs; we have Disabled facilities in the Garden Room. We have standard double and family accommodation on the ground floor, accessed by steps into each room and no lift. Stairs to the first floor are narrow and winding. Assistance with luggage can be requested at reception.
