Parking is to the right as you enter the drive on gravel hard standing. Your first point of contact will be our back door which is about 14 meters along a level path. Access to the accommodation is across the yard from the back door about 5 meters and then up a 12cm step to the door, which is 70cm wide and leads into the porch, then immediate right into the room through a 68cm wide door. In the room which is 3.3m x 3.0m, there is a door into the conservatory 80cm wide with a virtually flat threshold and the door into the bathroom 62cm wide.
