Wadebridge Self Catering
I have lived most of my life in North Cornwall in and around the Camel Estuary for which I have a deep affection. I first came here to visit my parents in 1975 who had bought Williams Newsagents in Padstow. Then living in Essex I came to Padstow for the weekend and never went back. Cornwall in 1975 wasn't bristling with career choices so after a brief flirtation with accountancy I ran a mobile disco before graduating to the wireless both in Cornwall and North East. I eventually trained as a Broadcast Journalist and was Deputy Head of News at Plymouth Sound Radio. From 1994 - 2013 I joined the Council as Tourism Officer for North Cornwall - it was a fantastic time and I got paid to tell everyone else what a great place North Cornwall is. Time moves on! Between 2013 and 2021 I established the award winning 5 star Eco friendly Wadebridge Bed and Breakfast which is now re-opening as Wadebridge Self-Catering. It's a new journey for me but I fully intend to bring the great service and facilities from the B and B with me and I would be delighted to welcome you to the all new Wadebridge Self-Catering very soon. Kind regards Steve.
Wadebridge Self-Catering has been welcoming guests since April 2022

There are wide opening doors to all public areas and the Rock bedroom, our other rooms have standard width openings. There are two sets of steps to enter the property which have been accessed as being “easy access” -there are handrails on both sets of steps. The ground floor is all of one level with a slight step down into the garden. Parking is on a slight slope leading to the entrance steps. There are banisters and handrails on the stairs.
